Refund policy

All items in the AU Store are printed on demand, which means we do not hold any inventory, and each order is printed just for you. We try to make sure you have all of the information you need to make a decision about whether to make a purchase. If you have any questions before making a purchase, please email orders@dkgpromotions.com

Because we hold no inventory, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • poor quality or incorrect imprint
  • item was damaged during shipping

We do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse or incorrect size ordered.

Also please note that if you enter an incorrect delivery address, there is a very high chance that your order will not be delivered to you. We can not offer refunds because you entered the wrong address. You have 24 hours after placing an order to make any corrections to your order. After 24 hours, there is no way to make any changes.


Refund requests must be made no more than 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@dkgpromotions.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
